Clinical Programs: Criminal Defense Practicum
The Criminal Defense Practicum assigns students to represent adult defendants in misdemeanor cases pending in central Ohio courts. It is team-taught by two members of the clinic faculty and includes two class meetings per week.
Outside the classroom, students prepare each case and present it in court or obtain a satisfactory out-of-court resolution.
