The Center is associated with a number of other programs and centers that are likewise dedicated to interdisciplinary research and teaching regarding law and policy making.

Legislation Clinic

The Legislation Clinic at the Michael E. Moritz College of Law has enabled participating students to develop legislative analysis and lawyering skills and to benefit from exposure to Ohio legislative practice. In addition, the Clinic fosters new scholarship on the operations of and challenges facing state legislatures, and offers an important public policy service to Ohio legislators.

Justice for Children

The Justice for Children Project engages in research and law reform while providing students with exciting opportunities to explore the legal issues pertaining to children.

Oxford Summer Program

The Oxford Summer Program is jointly conducted by the Oxford University Department for Continuing Education and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Courses are taught by both Ohio State University and British faculty.

International Association of Privacy Professionals Conference Series

The IAPP is the world’s leading association of privacy and security professionals. With more than 1,000 individual and corporate members, the IAPP defines and supports the profession of privacy by being a forum for interaction, education and discussion across industries. The IAPP hosts three annual conferences:

Election Law @ Moritz provides Information and insight on the laws governing federal, state and local elections.

Sentencing Law and Policy Blog

Professor Douglas A. Berman provides up-to-date analysis and details on sentencing laws at his nationally-renowned Sentencing Law and Policy Blog. His blog has comprehensive information on the latest cases and how the decisions change the ways sentencing laws are administered.
