A new way for consumers to pay for purchases online will be the focus of a Feb. 21 symposium: “In Bitcoin We Trust? A Forward Look at the Regulation, Use, and Growth of the Digital Currency.” Bitcoin is a digital currency introduced by open source software in 2009.
