Kaminski writes for New York Daily News

Assistant Professor of Law Margot E. Kaminski, one of the country’s rising experts on law and technology, wrote an op-ed for New York Daily News on why the Supreme Court has consistently protected anonymous speech.

“We need protections for anonymity in public now more than ever. In an era of constant recording — by cell-phone cameras, police body cameras and, soon, even drones — mask-wearing may serve as self-defense against near-ubiquitous surveillance,” she argues.
