Wrongful Conviction Day Panel

On Oct. 2, at noon in Saxbe Auditorium the Moritz College of Law will host a Wrongful Conviction Day panel event featuring Emmy Award winning correspondent, Erin Moriarity ‘77, CBS News; Joanna Feigenbaum, Ohio Public Defender Wrongful Conviction Project; Jennifer Bergeron, Ohio Innocence Project; and an exoneree from the University of Cincinnati Innocence Project. The panel will be moderated by Nikki Baszynski ‘13, also of the Ohio Public Defender’s office. Wrongful Conviction Day is an international awareness day to inform and educate a broader audience about the consequences and complications with wrongful convictions.
