The Crawford Argument
While most of the country's eyes are on the New Hampshire primary results, the Supreme Court will on Wednesday hear arguments in Crawford v. Marion County, involving the constitutionality of Indiana's law requiring government-issued photo identification for in-person voting. I've recorded this podcast describing the case. For more background, see this New York Times story and this wonderful summary of amicus briefs in the case from Mike Pitts. If you're interested in reading all 39 amicus briefs and those of the parties, see this page on the Brennan Center site.
