Dan Sandman '73, Alumni Director
Dan Sandman, a former Barton Scholar, has been an outstanding supporter of the College of Law since graduating in 1973. He has been a leader in both the legal world, as former Chief Legal Officer of U.S. Steel, and in the Buckeye world, as the former chairman of the OSU Alumni Association and current Chairman of the Moritz National Alumni Council. He was recently honored with the 2004 Moritz Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Doug Berman, Faculty Director
Professor Berman joined the Moritz College of Law in 1997. His teaching and research focus on criminal law, the death penalty, and sentencing. Berman, the William B. Saxbe Designated Professor of Law, is also the sole creator and author of the web log, "Sentencing Law and Policy." He is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
