Law and Capital Markets @ Ohio State, a new program at the Moritz College of Law, is hosting a “Roundtable on Public Pension Reform” from 8 a.m. to noon Feb. 22.
The roundtable, held at the Barrister Club, 25 W. 11th Ave., will bring together leading academics, pension fund managers, and pension fund advisors to discuss the difficulties facing state and local public pension systems and how governments and pension funds are responding to these challenges.
The event will include discussions from expert panels focused on three key areas: the state of public pension reforms, pressing governance issues at state and local pensions, and investment strategies to tackle the many challenges faced by public pension funds.
