This year’s Ohio State Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal symposium addresses the methods being used to circumvent the Securities Acts of 1933 and ’34 and asks the question, “Is it time to finally start anew and regulate the distribution of securities from scratch? Or should regulation continue in a patchwork manner?”
The symposium, “Repair or Replace: Lifting SEC Regulation from Patchwork to Permanence,” will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 13 at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. The event is being co-sponsored with the Columbus Bar Association, and participants are eligible to receive CLE credit for attending.
For a complete list of presenters, discussion topics, and registration information, visit the symposium’s website here.
