Christopher Bordenave
3L Christopher Bordenave and 2L Kwame Christian returned from this year’s Region 6 ABA Law Student Division Negotiation Competition as champions.
The regional, held in Ottawa, Canada, pitted 20 teams against each other in negotiating a property purchase agreement and nuisance dispute. Judges in the four-team final gave a first-place ranking for Bordenave and Christian’s negotiation of a premises liability matter.
The team of Andrew Gammill and Daniel Best, both 2Ls, also competed well.
Teams were coached by Rishi Batra, and additional advice and feedback were provided along the way by Richard Daley, Josh Stulberg, and Nancy Rogers.
