Professor Swire Testifies Before Congress
Peter Swire
Professor Peter Swire testified before the United States Senate Banking Committee in August. Swire, who is the C. William O'Neill Professor in Law and Judicial Administration at Moritz, served as a special assistant to the President for economic policy from 2009-10. Swire's testimony focused on consumer protection and mortgage servicing. To read his full testimony, please click here.
