Career Services is launching a new initiative, Moritz Short-term Assistance Registry (STAR). STAR is designed to provide private-sector employers with a pool of qualified second- and third-year students and graduates from the class of 2010 to hire for assistance with short-term projects. The intent of the program is to provide students and recent graduates interested in firm or corporate counsel work an opportunity to obtain some practice experience. Such projects may include
We encourage alumni to participate in this new program. All of our participating students are well qualified to meet your needs. However, you may indicate on the application form whether you prefer to pick a candidate or to be assigned a student or graduate based on their stated area of interest and availability for the assignment.
