Via Op-Eds, media interviews, and blogs, Moritz College of Law faculty members have been active providing their analysis of the recent financial crisis and the federal government’s actions to mend the damaged market.
Professor Dale Oesterle has written several times on the topic on his blog, Business Law Prof Blog. Oesterle also had an Opinion Editorial published in the Legal Times on Sept. 15. Visiting Professor Steven Davidoff also has been chiming in on his blog. Prof. Davidoff writes a regular column for The New York Times “DealBook” site as “The Deal Professor,” which primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions. The Moritz Business Law Society also has held two sessions regarding the sessions, both of which featured Moritz faculty.
