| Rick Huhn '69 Publishes The Sizzler: George Sisler, Baseball's Forgotten Great |
"Gorgeous
George" Sisler, a "legendary player without a legend," gets the long-overdue
literary treatment he deserves through the careful research and artful
pen of Moritz alumnus Rick Huhn '69. In The Sizzler: George Sisler, Baseball's
Forgotten Great, recently published by the University of Missouri Press,
Rick tells the intriguing story of one of baseball's forgotten greats.

| Judith L. French '88 Elected to Ohio 10th District Court of Appeals |
Walter
Dellinger, who served as acting U. S. Solicitor in the Clinton Administration,
said Judith L. French's '88 oral argument before the U. S. Supreme
Court supporting school vouchers was one of the best he ever heard.
Institute for Justice attorney Richard Kromer concurred. They are
among the many admirers of Judith French who agree that she is an
exceptional advocate. Affirming the talent of his chief counsel, Ohio
Governor Bob Taft appointed Judi to the Ohio 10th District Court of
Appeals this fall. In November, Ohio voters elected her to a six-year

The
South Campus Gateway project that will offer brand new studio, one- and
two-bedroom apartments to Moritz students beginning in fall 2005 is on
track and on time. Students are beginning to reserve units that will
put them in the heart of a vibrant urban neighborhood that will include
35 to 40 restaurants, clubs, stores, banks, office space, a university
bookstore, and an eight-screen cinema located immediately adjacent to
Moritz.

When
Cheryl Roberto '87, graduated from the Moritz College of Law, she
would never have predicted working as director of Columbus' Public
Utilities Department. But when she was offered the position little more
than a year ago, she saw it as an opportunity to contribute in just the

| Woodside Moot Courtroom Busy Training Site for 21st Century Lawyers |
Students,
faculty and alumni all agree the newly-renovated Frank C. Woodside
III Moot Courtroom at Moritz is delivering what it promised and then
some. Opened this fall, the new state-of-the art advocacy training
facility is being utilized to train students, host trials, and help
lawyers hone their trial skills. (learn
