DC Alumni Gathered to Congratulate Supreme Court Advocates

Dean Nancy H. Rogers, Washington DC alumni, current and prospective students, and guests met at the Capitol Hill Club on March 21 to congratulate Professor David Goldberger immediately following his oral argument before the U.S. Supreme Court in Cutter v.Wilkinson. Also on hand was former Mortiz Professor Doug Cole, now Ohio Solicitor and opposing counsel in Cutter v. Wilkinson.
