Admissions: Visiting Moritz
The Admissions Office is located just off of the first floor lobby of Drinko Hall, home of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. The office is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday during the academic year and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the summer (May through August). We are closed on University holidays.
Students may also call or visit the Admissions Office to make an appointment to meet with the Assistant Director of Admissions.

Open House
The Open House is an informational session designed to provide you with the opportunity to visit the Moritz College of Law and meet with members of the college's Admissions Office.
In addition, representatives from the Financial Aid and Career Services offices will be on hand to answer any additional questions you may have regarding those areas.
Business casual dress is recommended. Please RSVP at least five (5) business days prior to the event.
Parking is available at the South Campus Gateway parking garage located east of High Street, and is accessible from East 9th and East 11th Avenues. Parking at the Ohio Union Parking Garage on High Street (just north of 12th Ave.) is also available.
No Upcoming Open Houses Scheduled
Summer Visits
Due to Student Orientation and the first week of classes, we will not conduct visits during the weeks of August 12th or August 19th. Prospective applicants are welcomed to visit the Moritz College of Law during the summer. A Counselor will be available for personal information sessions and building tours on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00. From April 19 until September 1, there will not be any courses to observe.
We require a week notice to schedule an appointment, so please call (614) 688-8212 to make arrangements for an informational session and/or a tour of Drinko Hall. Please note that although we do require a week notice, individual visits are subject to the availability of the Admissions Staff. We are not able to accommodate unscheduled appointments/walk-ins.
Fall Visits
The Moritz College of Law welcomes prospective applicants who wish to visit during the fall semester. If you are unable to attend an Open House session, but still wish to visit the college, you may do so by scheduling an appointment with an Admissions Representative. An Admissions Office representative will be available for informational sessions and building tours on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and Tuesdays-Fridays from 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. In addition, visitors may attend a first-year class. We require three (3) days notice to schedule class visits. Please call (614) 688-8212 to make arrangements for an informational session, a tour of Drinko Hall and/or to observe a class. Each session will last approximately one hour and each class session (optional) will last approximately one hour.
Spring Visits
The Moritz College of Law welcomes prospective applicants who wish to visit during the spring semester. An Admissions Office representative will be available for informational sessions and building tours by appointment, subject to availability of the Admissions Staff. In addition, visitors may attend a first-year class. We require three (3) days notice to schedule class visits. Please call (614) 688-8212 to make arrangements for an informational session, a tour of Drinko Hall and/or to observe a class. Each session will last approximately one hour and each class session (optional) will last approximately one hour.
Spring Programs for Admitted Candidates
Visitation programs are scheduled in the spring for candidates who have been offered admission. Applicants who are admitted to Moritz College of Law should plan to attend one of the College's special visitation programs for admitted applicants. These full-day events are hosted during the months of February and April and provide the opportunity to meet members of the faculty, staff, and student body.
Programs typically begin at 9 a.m. and conclude by 3 p.m. The programs will be held on February 16, 2007 and April 13, 2007. If you are unable to make one of the scheduled Visitation Day Programs, you should contact the Office of Admissions to schedule an individual visit.
