Moritz College of Law - The Ohio State University Law School

Application Process: Special Student Applicants

Law school graduates may be admitted as special students through the University's continuing education program. Special students may take selected courses with the permission of the instructor of each course and the approval of the Office of the Dean.

Non-law students who are enrolled in Ohio State's Graduate School also may register for courses at the Moritz College of Law, provided that registration is approved by the Dean of the Graduate School, the Dean of Academic Affairs of Moritz College of Law, and the instructor of the course.
