Course Description
This course will introduce you to methods of legal analysis; legal institutions and processes; research sources and strategies; effective communication with colleagues, clients, and other audiences; and professionalism issues that confront new lawyers. You will prepare written documents and engage in spoken interactions that respond to simulated client problems.
