Course Description

This course continues the work of Legal Analysis and Writing 1, using more sophisticated client problems. In addition to honing research, writing, oral communication, and professionalism skills learned during the first semester, students learn to write as advocates. In that role, they explore differences between persuasive communications and predictive ones. Students also identify tools for improving their research and writing skills throughout their careers.
