Lisa joined Moritz in October 2009. She previously worked at Ohio State in the Office of Development and Alumni Affairs at the Medical Center. Her background in leadership stems from her involvement with the Academy for Leadership and Governance, a local organization dedicated to seeking out future leaders and helping them develop their leadership voices through workshops, fellowships, and conferences.

Her responsibilities for the Program on Law and Leadership include planning workshops, conversation series, and guest speakers that focus on leadership and leadership development. Additionally, she advises students on other educational opportunities to help them develop their leadership skills.
