Tara serves as HR Manager for the Moritz College of Law, implements the HR strategy for the College; develops and implements processes and procedures with regard to recruitment/retention, payroll, compensation and classification, performance management, and work-life programs; researches and provides troubleshooting for HR issues; provides consultation, advice and support on HR issues; oversees and directs etimesheet and eleave and monthly certification processes. Tara has been an employee of Moritz since 1994 and working in HR and fiscal areas at The Ohio State University since 1980.
